Pet-friendly

Nos encanta compartir la vida con nuestras mascotas. Para mantener un lugar agradable para todos, deberás cumplir las siguientes reglas al entrar al recinto con tu mascota:

We love sharing our lives with our pets. In order to maintain a pleasant environment for all, the following rules must be followed once you enter the establishment with your pet:

• Traer a tu mascota debidamente controlada con correa en cualquier área del recinto.
• To ensure safety, pets should be controlled and wear a leash around any area of the establishment.
• Tu mascota debe estar todo el tiempo bajo custodia y supervisión de un adulto.
• Your pet must, at all times, be supervised by an adult.
• Si tu mascota es temperamental, tendrá que usar un bozal.
• If your pet is temperamental, it must wear a muzzle whilst visiting the establishment.
• Controlar a tu mascota cuándo ladre o tenga comportamientos agresivos.
• Pet owners must control their pet in case of excessive barking, chasing, or aggressive behaviour.
• Todas las mascotas deben estar completamente libres de pulgas y garrapatas, al día con sus vacunas y desparasitaciones.
• All pets must be free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas, and up to date on vaccinations and deworming procedures.
• Los propietarios serán los responsables de recoger los excrementos dejados por sus perros y que la orina sea solo en el pasto del jardín.
• Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately. Please ensure pets urinate only on green areas in the back garden.
• Las personas son responsables de sus perros y se harán responsables de cualquier daño causado a la estructura, mobiliario, personas y otras mascotas, asumiendo el costo total del desperfecto.
• Pet owners are 100% responsible for their pet’s behaviour and to any damage to the building structure, furniture, visitors, or indeed other pets, owning all total costs of such incidents.
